Thank you for sharing your photos, videos, and other content with St. Pete Vibes!

By submitting content through our website, social media channels, contests, email, or any other method, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of your photos, videos, or other materials to St. Pete Vibes.

License to Use Your Content

By submitting content, you grant St. Pete Vibes a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, resize, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your submitted content for promotional, editorial, marketing, and commercial purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on:

• The St. Pete Vibes website
• Social media platforms
• Email newsletters
• Blog articles
• Digital and print advertising
• Marketing materials
• Promotional videos
• Event promotions
• Printed publications
• Future media and platforms not yet developed

Editing and Modification

St. Pete Vibes may edit, crop, resize, enhance, combine with other content, add graphics or text, or otherwise modify submitted content as needed while maintaining the overall integrity of the original work.

Credit

When practical, St. Pete Vibes may credit the original creator. However, we are not obligated to provide attribution for any submitted content.

Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• The content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Any identifiable individuals appearing in the content have granted permission for their likeness to be used as described in this policy, where required by law.
• The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.

No Compensation

Submission of content is voluntary. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, licensing fees, or any other payment for the use of your submitted content.

Removal Requests

While St. Pete Vibes is under no obligation to remove previously published content, we may consider reasonable requests for removal on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the information provided on our website.

Right to Decline Content

St. Pete Vibes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, remove, or discontinue use of any submitted content at any time and for any reason.
