Welcome to your spacious coastal retreat in Vista Verde East on Isla del Sol! This 1,140 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the primary suite and two full beds in the guest bedroom.

Enjoy two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. A dedicated workstation makes working remotely easy.
Spend your days relaxing by the community pool and hot tub or head to the beach with complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and fishing rods. Self check-in with a smart lock, and a prime location near St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto, and the Don CeSar, Unit 264 has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable Gulf Coast getaway.

Guest Access & Important Notes
1. The minimum age requirement to book this unit is 25 years old.
2. After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This will allow you to retrieve your parking pass from the association.
3. Pool tags will be provided for access to the community pool area.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
5. Please do not place towels on the balcony railing or chairs.
6. If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.

We had a great time at Isla Del Sol at St Pete Beach. Our condo had everything we needed for a family of 5. Beach chairs and towels were superb and beach was just over the bridge. We had many great walks throughout the week, bring your sneakers. There was fishing, boating and many yummy dinners out on the town. We loved the pools too. Kids loved “addicted to the bean “ coffee and breakfast spot .7 mile walk from the house.. Carla and Scott were great hosts with top notch communication. We will be back someday soon.

I’m so pleased with our stay here! Carla and Scott were lovely hosts and very easy to reach with any questions. My favorite part was definitely the pool and spa, but everything was great. Kitchen was equipped, the condo was clean, spacious, and close to everything we were looking to do around St Pete and St Pete Beach, as promised. The complex was clean and quiet too; perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay , could not have asked for anything better. The place is very clean and all the furnishings look new and are very comfortable including the beds. The condo has all the amenities you will need including plenty of extra towels, bedding, pillows and even beach towels. The property is beautiful and your view from the back stoop is a lovely manicured golf course. Scott and Carla were excellent hosts and were very quick to respond if we had a question or an issue. We found gold at the end of the rainbow, would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to friends. Don’t hesitate to rent this place it is a winner.
